A low-lying plain south of Laira between the city and the Perin River.

A fort town stationed on the westernmost tip of Pharn'oc. All Theran soldiers pass through here during training and its soldiers are spread out all through Thera and Pharn'oc.

This doesn't exist but if it did, it would be the training grounds and living quarters of the legendary swordsmen, the Misukoi. Their sign flies over the barracks, two swords and a cross.
